FAQ
When does a new Commander price movers report come out?
Early each month, covering the month before. The prices behind it are captured every night, so a report always compares the last nights of one month with the last nights of the next.
Which price do the monthly reports use for a card?
The TCGplayer market price of its cheapest released paper printing, from Scryfall. That is the cheapest way to add the card to a deck, so it moves when the cost of playing the card moves, not when one collector printing spikes.
Why do some cards on the list have no reason given?
Because nobody could point to one. A reason is written only when a specific card, reprint, ban or event can be named and linked. A guess presented as an explanation would be worse than an honest blank.
